Introduction: Low physical activity (PA) levels are a public health problem. Despite the evidence of benefits PA, studies show that Portuguese population is not active enough to benefit their health. Health professionals, including Physiotherapists, have an important role play in promoting PA patients. If Physiotherapists be called upon act as specialists, it must first determined whether they lead by example. Objectives: To evaluate according most recent WHO recommendations. Materials and Methods: An online questionnaire was delivered applied over period 6 months, containing characterization form sociodemographic data IPAQ-SF. A sample composed 553 obtained. Results: The IPAQ-SF results revealed high level (56.8%), moderate (31.5%), low (11.8%). Regarding analysis METS, we were able observe vigorous had higher average 2413.15 (SD=4201.411) METs/min, followed with 1857.91 (SD=2930 .073) METs/min and, finally, walking 1635.54 (SD=2841.805) METs/min.
